Leilani is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)., Birth and Postpartum Doula, and founder of Breastfeeding Fixers and Leilani’s Wellness Center in San Diego, California.
She specializes in advanced lactation care, tongue and lip tie evaluations, and wound care healing support. She offers in-person, virtual, and coaching programs designed to provide ongoing, results-driven support.
Leilani also mentors doulas, newborn care specialists, and nannies through her Professional Newborn Mentorship Program and is trained in IASIS Micro Current Neurofeedback for whole-person postpartum wellness.
Leilani is a devoted wife to Dennis and mother of a large, loving family. She brings that same care, warmth, and intention into every family she supports.

Rebecca is a Registered Nurse and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in Oceanside, California. She has enjoyed over 10 years experience in Women's Health specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and lactation.
Rebecca loves spending time with her patients and their families, and strongly believes in community working together to support and encourage one another emotionally, physically and spiritually.
Rebecca and her husband Doug have two adult daughters and a son in law. Together they enjoy the beach, hiking, exploring the beauty of California and music. She enjoys reading, blogging, hosting friends and family in her home, and getting to snuggle all the babies of course.

Wendy is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She is the mother of four children, all of whom she breastfed for over a year, including one NICU graduate. She is passionate about helping moms succeed at reaching their breastfeeding goals and developing healthy parent/child relationships. Her desire is to offer hope in all circumstances and believes that with support we can overcome the challenges life throws at us.
She enjoys reading novels, walking on the beach, serving at her church, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Kayla is an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UCSD. She breastfed her three children each until toddlerhood and attributes much of that success to being raised in an environment where breastfeeding was normalized and support for it was abundant. After witnessing countless friends struggle in their breastfeeding journeys, she became passionate about providing quality and compassionate breastfeeding support in an effort to give other families the same advantages that she had.
Since 2013 Kayla has also been busy growing her photography business with a focus on documentary family, newborn and birth photography and video, showing families how amazing they are, just as they are. In the few minutes each day she has to spare between work and chauffeuring kids around town, she loves to read, lift heavy weights, and take naps with her cat.

Kelly is a Pediatric Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She is a military wife, mother to two daughters, and a native San Diegan. She had her own breastfeeding challenges with her first daughter which inspired her to become an IBCLC. Her second little one was tongue tied and even with all of her new knowledge as an IBCLC, breastfeeding was still very challenging at first. However, with the right support she has had a successful breastfeeding journey and is still breastfeeding her little one who is now 2 years old. She is passionate about supporting moms and helping them overcome any challenges they might be having so that they can truly enjoy breastfeeding their little ones.
Kelly loves cooking, spending time with her family, doing yoga, and is recently striving to become better at gardening.

Haleigh is a calm, approachable Licensed Massage Therapist who creates a safe, restorative space where clients feel cared for and nurtured. She specializes in prenatal and postnatal massage, Swedish and deep tissue work, hot stone therapy, cupping, and foot scrubs. Her style is slow, soothing, and gentle—focused on relaxation and easing sore, tired muscles. As a mother of four and a community volunteer, Haleigh brings empathy, curiosity, and a gentle sense of humor to her practice. With training in trauma-informed and women-focused care, she has a deep understanding of how motherhood transforms us physically, mentally, and emotionally. Currently studying psychology, she blends knowledge and intuition to help each person feel supported and renewed. Guided by her philosophy of “mothering the mother,” Haleigh is passionate about offering compassionate care through every stage of life.

Mykael has been serving families as a birth doula for nearly 15 years. She sees her role as encourager and percipient, and has been blessed to see many families begin or expand their brood. She is a trained birth doula, childbirth educator and provides placenta encapsulation services, as well. Having experienced being well supported and respected in labor herself, her desire is to help make this experience a reality for other new families. She loves Jesus most of all. She has a wonderful husband and six hilarious children.

Anabel is a bilingual birth and postpartum doula from Guanajuato, Mexico. She moved to the United States in 2004. She has a passionion for breastfeeding and all birth related work. She is a trained birth Doula through ProDoula, and became certified as a birth and postpartum doula with Hufi School of Doulas and Midwives in Mexico. A few of her specialties include: certified placenta encapsulator and Belly-binding specialist. As a postpartum Doula Anabell has provided care and guidance for families in the San Diego area and Tijuana Mexico for over 7 years, helping them make their transition into motherhood. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and their dog Luna. She loves reading, cooking and outdoors activities.

Megan Ledbetter is a second-generation birth doula with a passion for supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She is a trained birth doula through DONA International and a certified postpartum doula through DNT Network. With an undergrad in Early Childhood Development, Megan combines her educational background and passion to provide gentle guidance and care. Megan enjoys expressing her creativity as a children’s author illustrator, and musician. She also loves to be on the beach and enjoying life out in San Diego alongside her husband Tice.

With over 11 years of experience, Liz Williams brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her role as a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula.
As a mother of four, Liz’s greatest teachers have been her own children. Her personal experiences have shaped her nurturing approach, allowing her to provide both practical support and emotional empowerment to the families she serves.
Specializing in hospital, birth center, and home births, Liz empowers couples to create the birth experience they envision, no matter the setting. Drawing from her own positive hospital births, she believes that with the right support and advocacy, families can achieve their ideal birth plan, free from external pressures.
Liz’s clients often describe her as encouraging, attentive, and deeply committed to their well-being. She considers it an honor to walk alongside families, helping them navigate the joys and challenges of welcoming a new baby with confidence and grace.

Sara is a compassionate, experienced and evidence-based birth and postpartum doula. As a certified doula she is deeply committed to nurturing families through the transition to parenthood by offering informed, emotionally attuned, and culturally sensitive support.
Sara offers well rounded care, as she is bilingual in Spanish as well as Sign language, has international experience as nanny abroad, and has proficiency in special needs care.
She also hosts a rich background in early childhood education and many years of hands-on experience, with her own in home daycare for 7 years. Above all, infant care is her expertise and the joy of her heart!

Natalie Jackson is a certified Birth Doula through DONA International and a dedicated postpartum doula, having completed her postpartum training with Birth and Baby University. She has a deep passion for supporting families through every stage of their journey. With over a decade of hands-on experience—including owning a daycare serving children ages 0–5 for five years, working as a nanny for another five, and caring for children with special needs, including an autistic child—she brings a grounded, intuitive, and no-nonsense presence to every family she works with. She is committed to supporting all birth settings with a judgment-free, inclusive approach, honoring alternative lifestyles and ensuring each client feels seen, respected, and empowered.
As a mother of three grown children and a proud grandmother, family is truly at the center of her world. She is currently continuing her education to specialize in mental health support during pregnancy and postpartum, with the goal of offering even deeper, holistic care to the families she serves. When she’s not working with clients, she can be found cooking, baking, enjoying time by the beach, or immersed in music—an essential part of her life that inspires joy, rhythm, and connection in everything she does.

Dottie is a certified postpartum doula through ProDoula Postpartum and Infant Care and she is a compassionate caregiver with a background in medical assisting, pediatric support, and in-home care. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, Licensed Pharmacy Technician, and trained Medical Assistant, she brings both clinical knowledge and a nurturing presence to the families she serves. Dottie is passionate about supporting new mothers and their babies during the postpartum transition, providing gentle, dependable care that helps families feel confident, supported, and at ease.

Raydina is a compassionate DONA International–trained birth doula who has supported families across San Diego hospitals, advocating for their voices to be heard and their preferences respected. She is also a certified postpartum doula through Birth and Baby University, providing nurturing support during the transition into life with a new baby.
As a mother of three and grandmother of three, Raydina brings both experience and heart to her work. She is passionate about building warm, trusting relationships and empowering families with gentle, intentional guidance. She enjoys cooking healthy meals and mentoring moms at her church.
