LEILANI SONGER is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Birth and Postpartum Doula and owner of Breastfeeding Fixers and Leilani’s Wellness Center in San Diego, California. Her practice specializes in tongue tie and lip tie releases from newborns to adults, baby well visits, hearing screening for children and adults and Micro current Neurofeedback treating postpartum depression, chronic depression, PTSD, anxiety, anger/rage, addictions, ADD/ADHD, traumatic brain injuries, concussions, chronic pain and more. She has been in practice since 2006. She and her husband Dennis have 7 sons, 2 daughters, 4 grandchildren, and she has a passion for helping families succeed with breastfeeding as well as find balance in their lives together. LIZ ELIZONDO is a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and Certified Educator of Infant Massage. Liz holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan and is a former Navy nurse, where she worked in maternal child health. She has always been passionate about educating, equipping, supporting, and empowering mothers and babies, and desires to help all families succeed with breastfeeding. She currently lives in San Diego with her active duty husband, Rob, and her four children, Emma, Jacob, Bobby, and William. She enjoys homeschooling her children, hiking, and enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather.
RAQUEL BAUTISTA is a certified fitness instructor and founder of a non-profit organization in the platform of fitness since 2008, Raquel understands the importance of integrating an active regimen to one’s lifestyle. She is passionate to educate others about the body and mind connection. With a degree in Chemistry from PLNU, Raquel has a natural love to research and share the latest discoveries of wellness to all she knows. She stays fit by participating in various local long distance runs, setting time to meditate, rest, and stretch, as well as backpacking various trails across the nation.
MARIE BAEZ is the second oldest of five children, born and raised in Vista, CA. At a young age, she became interested in healing while in physical therapy for a broken arm from a gymnastics injury. After she graduated with a BS in Kinesiology from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, she moved to Chicago and became a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). She discovered acupuncture and Chinese Medicine after an injury while training for the Great Wall of China Marathon. This was a turning point, and soon she was graduating with her Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago.
Marie combines Traditional Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture with functional blood work and Neuro Emotional Technique in order to accomplish a balance between the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual.
Marie also enjoys painting, arts and crafts, cooking, yoga, and hanging out with her husband, son, and cat.
